Project Plans and Strategy - Project success often starts with great plans and empowering policy and process. We have direct experience of developing and deploying project control processes and tools from benefits realisation plans, project management plans, quality plans and more while always being aware of the need to be proportionate to the project being delivered.
Project Audit - Projects change. It is the purpose of a project audit and/or review is to ensure the project remains relevant and take action should the project need to stop or change. Our team have the operational scars of project delivery in changing environments and can undertake project audits to give peace of mind concerning progress or propose actions for change as appropriate.

We have experience in developing risk registers, both qualitative and quantitative, facilitating risk workshops, undertaking simple risk modelling and actively managing risk registers over the life of a project.
